Meet the Team
Rachel loves partnering with entrepreneurs to support them in executing their vision. She is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience and has spent the last 12 years working with venture-backed Seed through Series B companies to accelerate growth and build value.
Rachel has worked as both an in-house CFO/COO and fractional CFO across a broad range of industries including technology, SaaS, IaaS, fin-tech, service-based businesses, and family office/high net-worth individuals. Over the past couple of years, Rachel has focused on working with several SaaS companies in preparing for and raising venture rounds and preparing for and successfully exiting.
She has a BA in Political Science and an MBA from Baylor University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). In addition to her professional commitments, Rachel serves as a mentor for entrepreneurs and volunteers and supports several non-profit organizations. She also spends time enjoying the Colorado mountains with her two Golden Retrievers.
Jennifer has a passion for working with great people and helping them achieve their goals through useful, meaningful, and easy-to-interpret financial information. She became a fractional CFO because it provides the opportunity to work alongside senior-level leaders in all types of organizations from early-stage start-ups to non-profit charities. As a CPA, Jennifer has a long-standing track record of leading accounting teams, building budgets, creating financial models, developing and implementing internal controls, understanding operational processes, and supporting executive-level management teams. She enjoys getting deep into the details at all levels, learning new technology, and tying it all together into a high-level organizational strategy.
Jennifer has a BS in Accounting from Rutgers University. She is an active licensed CPA certified in New York. She lives in Boulder County and enjoys the Colorado lifestyle with her husband and three children and can usually be found at the baseball field, working in her garden, or walking with her two dogs.
With over 20 years of accounting experience, Heather has a background in a wide range of industries and startup companies. She became a Fractional Controller because she enjoys the variety of working with multiple clients and supporting their financial needs. She understands that each business has its unique qualities and she is able to provide support that’s tailored to meet the goals of each client. Heather provides a multitude of services from daily accounting work to offering guidance and training on systems, and creating financial reporting packages. Heather enjoys the details and she thrives in reconciliation work, general ledger clean up, system implementations, building templates, and streamlining processes.
Heather is a California native where she earned a B.A. in Finance from Loyola Marymount University. Her hobbies include cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
